Kidivity (“the app”) is provided by Sarang AI Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”), incorporated in Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

The short version

Kidivity is built to be private. We do not require an account, we do not show ads, we do not use third-party analytics or trackers, and we do not sell your data. The information you enter — your child's first name and birthday — stays on your device.

What the app stores on your device

  • Your children's first names and birthdays (used to tailor and label activities), the character avatars and interests you pick, your saved activities, and your settings.
  • This is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes it.

Information sent to our servers

  • The core app works fully offline. By default, nothing that identifies you or your child is sent to us.
  • If you use optional cloud features (fresh activity suggestions), the app sends an anonymous, randomly-generated identifier and your current selections (your child's age, and the time / place / energy you picked) so we can return suitable activities. We do not send names, birthdays, contact details, or anything that identifies you or your child.

Purchases

Kidivity Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see or store your payment-card details. Google's handling of that transaction is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Kidivity is designed for parents and caregivers — it is intended to be used by an adult, not by a child. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

No ads, no tracking

The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no cross-app tracking.

Data retention and deletion

On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the app. The anonymous identifier used for optional cloud features is not linked to you and cannot be traced back to your identity.

Your choices

You can use the app entirely offline. You can clear all on-device data at any time from your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
